I would have an suggestion - fitting the flightpaths and zones to get as much herbs as possible to skill alchemie too, e.g. based on this guide http://www.wowberufeguide.de/alchemie-guide.html (at least german clients will most likely use this one )

Or even having 3 SetUps - Herbalism only (as fast as possibly), one to fit alchemie-skilling and one for inscription.
Dunno if it is possible - but is it possible to let the bot ignore specific herbs, if you have an specific amount of those herbs in your bags, just for skilling alchemie?

HOWEVER! - i would re-design 425-500, because Heartblossoms are not pickable until skill 475 and they're clearly dominating in Deepholm, so 425-475 in Hyjal would progress much faster!

Also bei mir fliegt er nach dem Start an die richtige Stelle, fliegt aber dort nur hin und her.
