Sugested level: 51-52 to 56-58 (depends on gear/class)
btw: this is my last one for before 60lvl+

Worked well as a lvl 50 Shammy with looms.

Edit : Eventually died and got stuck in Cen hold running back to corpse. So 50 probably a bit low if you get unlucky with too many mobs.  Next time I'll stick to the recommended level
