Error Could not load into navmesh

I have been getting this error for some reason,
Im using a level 65druid to herb and mine using the built in profile hillsbrad foothalls, 50-100
Im also getting alot more download mesh to the point of it stopping for ages and sometimes not even continuing after a set amount of time, i have to restart the bot in order to get it to work again,
Is this a known issue or something that can be fixed??

yeah my bot just keep stoping and tell me download mesh bla_bla

What is that ? its a bit annoying :3 plus yeah my toon just stop doing anything when he get attacked... thats not going to work well for him xD .... any clue?

start meshdownloader.exe and load meshes before fighting. sometimes the antivirus/firewall have to deactivate when you launch meshdownloader.
if you continue get problems delete the mesh folder, run updater and then meshdownloader again.
