Not gatherin ore at all with mount.

I'm trying to gather Obsidium Ore in Vashjir and i'm not able to. I keep mounting up and it says now swimming or flying then my sea horse goes to top of water and i get on flying mount and keep flying back into water. I have no idea what's going on.

I mean I am able to gather ore flying no problem at all, I can make lots of flight paths working but not under water. I am using correct ID for mount also. 75207 it's just not following path
