I see the arcane spec not work right and i Build one. I didnt know if its good but you can try it.  :D

right now im also working on an arcane CC, struggling with nether tempest right now... tuning priority list and stuff...

why is there a check für the water elemental included?

had any luck with nethertempest  ? all the ones ive tried cast rune first then run off and cast again , it leaves a trail of rune of power.  nether tempest would be a good pull befor rune ,they also fire missiles on 1 charge can it be made to wait for 2 ?

its adjustable how many stacks of arcane blast you wanna have before using Arcane Barrage.

Using Netertempest, or Frostbomb is not possible the normal way at the moment.
