Slightly updated default profile.

* added use of Shield of the Righteous
* added use of Divine protection
* changed values for heals/survival
* added use of Hammer of The Righteous
* should not loop on some cd's ( cant remember why and on which i thought it would loop on)
* updated rotation

Consecration

Due to the fact that Consecration (Weihe) has to be placed somewhere i've changed the code slightly.

You may wish to use it only if the number of attackers exeed a certain limit, which will be quite simple.

hey, tried out the profile and it works fine so far - only thing: its not using crusader strike at my lvl 15 paladin, not sure if thats intended

my paladin is now lvl 21 and uses hammer of righteous instead but the profile does still not use holy wrath (the strongest aility after avengers shield) - that makes the dmg output half as high as it could potentially be
